FEISOL Europe Ambassador Program - General Terms and Conditions

Detailed information about the FEISOL Europe Ambassador Program:

• Commission/credit of 5%.

• No commission will be paid for canceled orders or orders from non-consumers. Orders from non-consumers are categorized as aggregated orders in the sense of a resale. The transaction value on which the commissions are based does not include VAT, credit card fees or service charges.

• No commission is paid for sales/shipment outside EMEA.

• Each sale categorized as a "pre-order" receives a commission only after dispatch.

• Commissions do not include RRP or other early pricing awards.

• Commissions will only be paid for valid online orders that are not canceled or returned and that comply with the Terms and Conditions.

• Cookie duration: 60 days

• Sales by Ambassadors will be checked and aligned throughout all digital marketing channels.

• Validation period for all transactions: 30 days

Shipping costs:

• FEISOL Europe delivers within Germany at a minimum purchase value of 300€ free of shipping costs to your end customers at home. If the minimum purchase value of 300€ is not fulfilled, weight-related shipping costs will be charged. These are displayed during checkout.

Conditions of the program:

• Publishers may not use the product feed to advertise on Google Shopping or similar platforms.

• You agree not to use pop-ups to add to favorites or to run campaigns on your site that suggest customers bookmark the official FEISOL Europe Shop page.

• You agree that users can navigate to your site using the back button of their browser.

• You agree not to include any links or banners in any form in e-mails or newsletters unless previously agreed with FEISOL. FEISOL may request written confirmation that e-mail lists on the basis of which e-mails or newsletters are sent require explicit consent in accordance with the GDPR form.

• You agree not to use the data feed of the product to generate pop-unders through your site in the sense of "spawning" - this refers to the display of pop-unders of a specific product page of the FEISOL Europe shop that is relevant to the search term in the search engine.

• You agree not to make any changes to any creative content or logos within the interface and to use only the existing logos.

• FEISOL Europe reserves the right to exclude any partner from the program who has violated or is suspected of having violated the terms of the program.

Voucher codes:

• Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers.

• Vouchers can only be redeemed online in the respective shop and are not valid in any other shops of FEISOL Europe or affiliated dealers.

• FEISOL Europe reserves the right to cancel vouchers at any time.

• Vouchers have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Terms and conditions for paid search terms:

Ask in advance if you want to run a PPC campaign. FEISOL Europe works with strict guidelines regarding paid search activities. These terms and conditions apply to any advertising platform, including but not limited to search engines, content networks, and social networking advertising.

• Partners may not bid on brand terms such as "FEISOL".

• Partners are not permitted to bid for or appear in searches of our Brand, including misspellings, advanced or combined searches or derivations of "FEISOL" or "OFFICIAL FEISOL SHOP".

Partners may not use any of the following search engine procedures worldwide:

• You may not frame the landing page of FEISOL Europe or the FEISOL Shop into your page.

• You may not administer any domain that contains trademarks or misspellings of FEISOL trademarks for the purpose of increasing traffic by search engines.

• You may not redirect traffic to a Web site by automatic redirection.

Partners must agree not to engage in any of the following activities: "cookie surfing", "cookie dropping", use of "spyware" or "parasiteware" or "forced clicks".

Any ambassador who violates these terms and conditions will be contacted by the FEISOL Europe team and may lose commissions and may be excluded from the ambassador program.

Please note that the FEISOL Europe Ambassador Program reserves the right to adjust the structure of its commission rate with 7 days notice.

Privacy and data protection:

The FEISOL Europe team is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information and that of your customers. By participating in the FEISOL Europe Ambassador Program, you agree that FEISOL Europe may collect and use personal data to provide the FEISOL Europe Ambassador Program service.
